3. When using essential oils during the day always protect your skin from the sun. Using SPF protection is a must. if unable to do recommend using oil blend at night only. 
Directions: 
1. Apply your serum in the morning and at night. 
2. Apply directly to the beard/scalp or add 2 to 5 drops to your SPF moisturizer.
3. Massage your scalp or beard for 2 minutes to 5 minutes per application.  
4. During sun exposure it is highly recommended that you use SPF sun protection.
